Valeriya has over 25 years of experience in practising law. Prior to joining the Liniya Prava team, she headed the Legal Department of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation, and was also a Partner at the consulting company.
Valeriya has an extensive experience in adivsing on complex projects related to the structuring of companies and holdings, implementation of investment contracts, privatization of enterprises, development of corporate documents and resolution of corporate conflicts.
